“This is going to be very educational for you,” I whisper in Mindy’s ear, giving her rump a smack. She suppresses her yelp and walks ahead to hide her florid complexion in her bedroom. {else}Mindy heads off to her bedroom. {endif}I follow her as far as the front door to grab my duffle bag. I linger there a moment to appreciate Mindy’s new outfit, then turn back to use Tonya’s bathroom at the end of the hall.

Tonya, the little sneak, beats me to it. I catch a brief glimpse of a swishing blonde ponytail and bare legs as she shuffles into her bathroom in a sleep shirt that is barely long enough to cover her ass. She glances at me with groggy indifference while closing the door.

“Don’t take too long. I need to shower and hit the road.”

No response. We didn’t wake her up, did we?
