She headed downstairs to target Nurse Joy.

After excusing herself from her sister, telling her that she wanted to head outside again for a bit, Ash left their shared room just before Iris went to strip down to her underwear to go to bed. Outside, she quickly made her way to the staircase, headed downstairs and soon reached the entrance of the lobby. Scanning the room, Ash noticed that over the time she had spent in her room with her sister, the lobby had noticeably emptied, leaving only Nurse Joy standing behind the main desk, dressed in her typical uniform consisting of a light pink dress with a white apron over it as well as white flats with no socks. Sorting various files into a cabinet, she didn't notice that Ash was targeting her from the lobby entrance.

Ash, on the other hand, seeing that the lobby was completely empty except for the friendly nurse, already had her remote aimed at her and was now only left with the decision of which button she should choose. She could use one of the buttons she had already experimented with, seeing how the results would differ when used on another person, or she could use one of the other buttons and find out what other changes they could perform.
