She finally reveals the books

After what felt like a really long time May finally moved out of the way and revealed the first book, as she removed her hands from the cover of the book she said "Soooo, for the first suggestion we haaaave..." - the cover showed some trees, it was like a forest with some beams of sunlight that created a cool ambiance. I was inspecting a little bit more the cover but the other girls already started talking so i couldn't see the name of the book, Ellie said "I don't think that is a good book to start with" then Daisy backed her up by saying "Yeah i mean i like that one but maybe we could choose another one to begin"

I looked around to see what they were discussing, May started nodding at them and i was going to say something but Scarlet said "Considering that Dre here is fairly new to books we should choose something else" - i looked at her then back at May and said "I mean i'm fine but if you think we should choose another one then is okay"

"Yeah, i wasn't thinking about André but you are right girls, thanks for your opinions" May said and then continued saying "So then what do you think about this next one?" She showed a book with a really cool cover, it had bright colors and a cute anime like girl in the front with a nice background, the title said Lusty Kingdom, it looked like a fantasy story but it maybe had sexual themes because of the title - i still liked it but again, before i could say a word the girls started talking.

Daisy said "Oh i love that one but i want to read it in the future" then Ellie said something similar "I think the same thing, right now we need a more basic book to start off... you know, that one is a bit..." they all chuckled but i was confused, i didn't know what they were refering to so i looked around to searching for answers but they moved on and now Scarlet said "Yeah, for André's sake we should probably choose another one" May giggled while looking at me but i just didn't get what was so funny.

May said "Alright, so considering André then we should move on to this one" and skipped 2 books to grab the fifth one, before she grabbed it i said "Wait, hold up... i already said that i was going to read whatever you girls wanted so don't treat me like i'm not ready for a book... i have read a lot of books in the past and i think i'm quite experienced for anything you girls have"

Scarlet said with a sweet tone "Is not that we don't think tou are experienced but we want to start with a more normal and short book before going to more longer and explicit books" i looked at her confused and asked "Explicit?" May then giggled and said "Don't worry about that now... instead, what do you think about this one?" She grabbed the fifth book and then showed the cover - it had a cool space background with a spaceship or something floating in space and a planet next to it, the title said "Invaders" it looked really cool so i said "Yeah that looks good" the other girls agreed and we ended up choosing that one.

We had all the time of the world for that club session but they were trying to keep it under an hour long so we could return home before sunset. May handed each one of us a book of Invaders and explained some stuff that we were going to do - basically we just had to read the book, mainly in club hours so we could read together but we could also read alone, after reading it we would discuss certain chapters and topics around it, May had prepared some activities for us to do so i was looking forward to that.

After the hour passed we all grabbed our stuff, we cleaned the library and we left the school - i made them company on the bus stop but May and Ellie had to take a different bus so Scarlet, Daisy and i took a bus that went to the plaza, we talked through the whole ride until we reached Daisy's stop near the plaza. I continued talking with Scarlet but in a matter of seconds we were already at my bus stop in the park so i had to say goodbye to her - time flew when i was with her so i didn't even notice we arrived at the park.

I walked to my house but as i stepped out of the bus Scarlet waved at me and smiled at her, the bus continued but made a right so i lost sight of Scarlet - i had a huge smile as i was walking back home, i was thinking about Scarlet and how i was liking her more and more each day.
