Diabla falls back and before she knew it Tora puts the rope, that would've gone around her ankle, around her neck.

Tora stands up and starts pulling the rope around Diabla's throat

The crowd boo as Tora stands up with Diabla still struggling to breathe she then turns her around, and then with both hands over her head, power slams her to the mat.
