She's dying

You stare at Nicole as the black smoke courses through her veins like tar, her hair turns white while her skin, continuing to pale reaches a state of semi-transparence, you watch as in silent terror of what you've done. Her skin starts to crack and peel. The black gas has bonded with her blood and oozes from her, the sludge seeping out disolves the clothes she wore and starts melting the floor around her along with the scalpel in her hand. Once the liquid version of the black gas completely desintegrates her clothes you see what had been a gorgeous body, and you watch the grotesque transformation as the black gas starts to liquify her from the inside out.
