Shaun

You suddenly get a call on the phone. You pick it up, and see your friend Shaun calling you, despite just hanging out.

You quickly pick it up and say, "Let me guess, you forgot something?"

He's silent.

"Hello?"

"Dude... I found something weird... outside your house... can I just come in? I'm outside anyways."

You get nervous on what this could be. "Sure."

You run downstairs and open the door, to see Shaun standing there with a book in hand. "What is that?" you ask him.

"I don't know, I found it on the corner all muddy and rained on so I just picked it up out of curiosity. It says... inside, that it's a book where you can possess people."

"Bullshit. What the fuck do you even mean by that?" you say, not convinced.

"I know as little as you!" he says continuing with, "But apparently, it's cursed or some shit. I still wanna investigate."

You roll your eyes and invite him in. He places the book on the table.

"Should we try it on one of us? Maybe someone else? It won't work anyways." you say, chuckling.
