Chapter 5 by A Nony Mouse Coward A Nony Mouse Coward

No time like the present

Setting the stage

No plan survives first contact with the enemy, so before I head over there I'm going to leverage the Mistress PC program to tilt all the cards my way.

Percy and Skyla (for real, that's her name!) love each other, but only in a dim, flickering kind of way. Skyla's family has money but not as much as Percy's but enough that getting hot and getting a husband has been her main aspiration for her entire life. Poor girl. She'll make a wonderful ****, at least.

Percy has delusions of being from a humble background, and expects a meteoric ascent to even greater heights of privilege once he inherits his dad's bank. As far as the outside world is concerned, that's exactly what will happen. His home life will be, um, less blessed if I have anything to say about it.

And I do!

This version of Mistress PC uses a basic pseudo code syntax that lets me do a lot of basic stuff without reinventing the wheel every time. Observe!

Tag {Subject|Percy} and {Subject|Skyla} with the {****} tag.

After hitting enter, my laptop hums for a moment as it chews on the command and then implants in both of them a deep psychological need, primary to all other drives, to obey and serve me. Before love, before fear, before hate, the simple need to obey will be their primary emotional relationship to me, and they will always instinctively recognize their need to obey me even if they do not recognize me, or even if we have never met.

The historical data query dialog in this program is interesting. You can look up the entire family history of a subject that has been locked into the system. Both of these jerks are from families that made huge fortunes in the **** trade, and then spent a lot of money on Lost Cause revisionist bullshit in the generations since. Morally that does not excuse what I'm about to do to them, but it makes me easier to keep a boner while I do it to them, and that's enough for me.

After a few more commands to clear the grounds of their absurdly large house--they have a maid, of course, and I don't want her to get caught in the crossfire, so I had Percy tip her ten thousand dollars and send her away for a week--I'm ready to pop the seal on this thing and get the fun going.

Or am I?
