Searching for a lady to champion

The main difficulty you have with finding a lady is that there are so many! Most of the nobles in your realm are in attendance, as well as a small handful of foreign visitors. While some would call you ungrateful, it takes time to get to know a girl well enough to truly want to be her champion, and with as many girls as there are here, time is a luxury you don't have enough of. If this is going to work, you need to narrow your choices down to a few top choices, and work from there.

A first thought is Lady Margareta. Her family was a long line of wealthy merchants until their recent ennobling. Your father, facing a budgetary crisis, accepted a large sum from her father to make the entire family technically of the nobility. It was an action that drew no small controversy to your father, and her family is still held in low esteem by other noble families. Still, her family has excellent resources and are favorably disposed toward your dynasty. The lady herself is cute, if not a great beauty. She is a tall girl with auburn hair, nice proportions, and a diamond-shaped face which is faintly masculine. You have known her thus far to be agreeable and polite, though she hasn't stood out much in terms of personality.

Besides Margareta, there is Lady Eilika. One of the older among the eligible maidens (in her mid-twenties), she is popular for her warm and friendly personality, bordering on the flirtatious. She comes from a family of local nobility, not especially powerful or rich, but not lacking in either. Part of the reason she is not yet married is that damaging rumors follow her. The curly-haired brunette has been whispered to know the pleasures of the flesh already. Eyeing her body, it seems to fit. She is a rather curvaceous women, gifted with large breasts and a child-bearing frame. Some find her to be too chubby, other pleasantly plump. Perhaps her bubbly flirtatiousness has led her to stray from propriety, but you have no clue.

The final woman who stands out is a foreigner, an Alpine named Frosina. Her people share many similarities to yours, but they consider themselves a different group, a notion which they defend fiercely. Relatively few in number, they take great advantage of their mountainous homeland to stall enemy assaults against great odds. As such, they are known to be a peaceful people, but extremely skilled fighters. Like many of her countrymen, her rugged homeland has left her lacking the soft physique of the peoples inhabiting the fertile, hospitable valleys. She stands about average height, and is noticeably slim but healthy. Her hair is dark blonde, resting majestically on her shoulders and the front of her dress in the fashion of her people's nobles. She is among the more reserved girls, but is not impolite or unfriendly. Her face is rather pretty, and has drawn many admirers.
