Chapter 2

Who are you, applicant?

Sara Garcia groundbreaking opportunity

The sun shone brightly over the sprawling campus as Sarah Garcia, 18 walked briskly towards the university admissions office. She had received an intriguing email the night before, informing her about a groundbreaking opportunity—the Human Sexuality Scholarship Program. It promised a chance to explore and understand human sexuality while earning a full scholarship for her college education. The idea was enticing, but Sarah couldn't help feeling a mix of excitement and apprehension as she entered the office.

Inside, the walls were adorned with posters and brochures promoting the program. The air buzzed with anticipation as students gathered, discussing the implications of this bold new initiative. Sarah approached the front desk and inquired about the application process. The staff member handed her a colorful brochure titled "The Full Starter Handbook" and explained the program's core principles.

As Sarah perused the pamphlet, she discovered the core pillars of the program. Any incoming college freshman could apply, and winners would be chosen through a lottery system. The number of winners at each school was determined by the institution, with at least one male and one female student required as a minimum. The program encouraged diversity and inclusivity, encouraging universities to select participants from different backgrounds, including students of color and LGBTQ+ individuals.

The selected students would embark on a specialized program promoting human sexuality. This entailed attending unique courses, participating in special campus activities, and adhering to specific conduct rules. The rewards were indeed remarkable: a minimum 50% reduction in tuition fees and the possibility of additional grants or premium services based on each university's discretion.

Excitement welled up within Sarah as she contemplated the possibilities. A full scholarship and the chance to explore human sexuality in a progressive and open environment—was truly a life-changing opportunity. But as she continued reading, Sarah stumbled upon the most striking requirement of all: full nudity.

Section A of the handbook was dedicated to explaining the program's approach to nudity. The goal was to encourage a free and open sexual experience throughout the college campus. Students were expected to be fully nude during all activities on campus, whether in dorms, classes, clubs, or even while obtaining meals or using campus facilities. Sarah's eyes widened as she contemplated the implications.

However, the program also recognized the need for some exceptions. While the term "full nudity" was used for brevity, certain articles of clothing were permitted. The core rule stated that all sexual organs must remain uncovered at all times. Accessories such as hats, jewelry, socks, and shoes were allowed, but they must not cover the genitals or secondary sexual organs like breasts or hindquarters. Face masks were permitted as long as they did not entirely conceal one's identity, leaving the upper half of the face visible.

Sarah found herself trying to wrap her mind around this unconventional requirement. Nudity on campus and even off campus was mandatory for program participants. The brochure provided finer details, including weather-specific clothing allowances like see-through ponchos for rainy days and overcoats for specific temperatures during autumn. It also mentioned that exceptions could be made for approved projects or events that required temporary breaches of the nudity code.

Moving on to Section B, Sarah discovered the conduct expectations of the Human Sexuality Scholarship Program. She learned that her social life should remain largely unchanged, with the addition of her newfound nudity. Active participation in the campus community was required to foster a vibrant and accepting environment. Additionally, the program encouraged public sexual encounters, promoting sexual liberation and breaking societal taboos.

While the brochure acknowledged that acts such as flashing or indecent exposure were previously considered sexual harassment, consent remained paramount in the program. Participants were expected to respect others' boundaries and consent, even in the context of nudity and sexual exploration.

Finishing the pamphlet, Sarah couldn't help but feel a mixture of curiosity, intrigue, and nervousness. The program offered a unique opportunity to challenge societal norms and delve into the complexities of human sexuality. Yet, the idea of being fully exposed to all aspects of her campus life was undeniably daunting.

As she left the admissions office, Sarah made up her mind. She would take a leap of faith and apply for the Human Sexuality Scholarship Program. It was a chance to grow, learn, and perhaps even make a difference in the world. And if she was selected, the rewards would provide invaluable support for her education.

With newfound determination, Sarah prepared herself for an exciting and transformative journey, hoping that she would indeed read the "whole, naked print" and embrace the possibilities that lay ahead.
