Ryan is hungry.

Ryan's stomach growled and he remembered why they drove back to town in the first place.

"After I eat something," he told the succubus, who responded with a cute pout that almost changed his mind. "You can eat food, right?"

"I thought you studied the physiology of demons?" she replied.

"Strangely enough the old book never mentioned demons eating anything other than human sacrifice."

"Well, the succubi can eat food to blend with humans but we don't get any nutrients from them."

"Do you like eating food though?" Ryan asked curiously, mentally noting to himself he should study Marlissa to glean more information about her kind.

"Oh yes!" she replied with a grin. "I have eaten marvelous banquets but do not gain the weight from the gluttony." She patted her flat belly to prove the point.

"Do you want to order in or go out to eat then?"

Marlissa smiled. Her master let her decide!
