Psych Profile:
Roxy is one of the thousands of Sirens the Tower uses for it's growth. She was an attorney before the ascent, with a pretty decent case record, but she was located in a courthouse just two miles away from the tower when it rose up, causing her to be one of the victims on the first day. Not much is known of what happened after she was taken into the tower, but she was transformed, into a Siren, and her physical age reverted to that of a 20 year old during the transformation. Roxy also seems to have a thing for younger women, and she likes to keep them as "Pets", if some of what she says is any indicator.

It's impossible to remember every Siren, but if the Tower was ever going to try and use Roxy to infiltrate the Rose Squadron, we do at least have some footage on hand of her seducing Roses. So she's at least one we might be able to keep out.
