Riding Back into Feytropolis

The sun was high in the sky as Tina and her steed bounded across the forest floor. They darted between the bushes littering the ground and kicked up leaves in their wake. Tina noticed that the same primal urges she'd felt the last time she rode her furry friend bareback weren't as strong this time. That must be a side effect of the spirit journey, she reasoned, though it would remain a good idea to build him a saddle for the future. Just in case.

A tingle went through her legs and she stifled a moan. Well, let's not be hasty.

While they had to hide a couple times to avoid the odd predator, it was mostly a straight shot to the fairy kingdom. The sun was still shining through the treetops above them when Tina began to notice signs of the fairies' activities. A couple broken bits of china and torn scraps of cloth formed a path into the heart of the woods. "Nearly there, buddy." Tina scratched her steed behind his ear and he squeaked in approval.

The two guards standing and waiting at the city gates (made up from a selection of human-sized silverware) were fighting off sleep as the dynamic duo rode up to them. Both were utterly befuddled at the sight of a naked human girl the size of a fairy riding on the back of a squirrel; even for the Fey, this was weird. "H-halt!" One yelled, nervously. "What, uh... your business, yes. What is it?"

Tina grunted as she stepped off her companion. She paid no mind to her nudity; enough of the fairies had seen her by now that it hardly mattered. "I'm a guest of Queen Brightra and I'd like to be admitted to her at once!"

"The queen?" The guards looked at one another? One asked, "She didn't say anything about guests, did she?"

"No, I- wait!" The other guard looked at the naked girl, impatiently tapping her foot and placing her hands on her hips to expose every millimeter of her skin. "We were told about someone who might show up, right? A human girl."

Realization dawned on both fairies. "Right! I guess she wasn't goofing us after all." She turned back to Tina, who cocked her head expectantly. "I'm sorry, miss, but we can't allow you to pass."

"What?!" Tina asked, enraged. "Why the hells not?!"

"We've been given orders not to let you through these gates until her highness gives us permission. She's supposed to be an a... long meeting for the day."

"She's the one who sent me on this ludicrous quest in the first place!" Tina yelled, her face turning a deep shade of crimson. "I've been through all sorts of trouble this morning because I believed it would turn me back to normal. And not only am I still no taller than a feather pen, but I'm tired, dirty, and no one has let me have any clothes to wear!" Tina unconsciously put her arms over her chest as she reminded herself of her nudity. "And now you're telling me her hIgHnEsS won't even let me back inside?!"

The guards grimaced. "Lady, we've only got our orders. So if you'd kindly be on your way until we get new ones, we'd appreciate it. We're hard at work, you know, and we can't entertain little girls all day."

Tina felt fury burning up every bit of her diminutive body. She had more anger boiling than her small stature could contain, and she was about to let it out.
