"We should remove it," Yulia states, siding with the voices. Goma looks a bit nervous, but nods.

"Okay... Um I heard them say something about you having medical training that included child birth?" Lemiel asks.

"Well... Yes, mostly theoretical, but I know what to do," Yulia answers.

"Did that training include surgically removing the child?" Lemiel asks and Yulia hesitates.

"It was covered, but again I only mostly know it in theory," Yulia answers.

"Good... I have no training in that. I'm more of a warrior, but I can heal, so if you handle the surgery, I can handle trying to keep her alive!" Lemiel says.

"Goma help!" Goma shouts eagerly.

"Wait... You don't know what you're doing?!" Yulia interjects, sounding panicked.

"Hey I know that you need to remove the baby, I just suggested that, I didn't say I'd do it. I could do the purifying, but I don't know anything about cutting people up for healing reasons. I just know how to cut people up for you know... murderous reasons. I'm an angel warrior not a doctor!" Lemiel counters as she moves beside Isalia and Yulia hesitates and then moves between Isalia's legs, she looks at her rapier.

"Um... I'd prefer not to use a sword for such a delicate procedure, do we have anything more... precise?" Yulia asks.

"I don't have a scalpel if that's what you're asking," Lemiel responds and the rest of the group seem equally uncertain. Yulia looks concerned, but then reaches into a pocket and draws out a throwing knife.

"This will have to do," she says, "Goma, Lemiel... This is probably obvious, but uh... You aren't going to heal her immediately. If you heal her too quickly, you'll you know... just seal up the cuts I'm making before I can actually work," Yulia explains.

"Oh right... This is a little less obvious, but, Cherchiel. You're going to need to kill the parasite once it's out. It shouldn't be very hostile or dangerous at this point, but it will be a threat that should be ended quickly so we can focus on healing your friend as soon as possible," Lemiel adds.

Cherchiel nods and Goma speaks, "Voice say... Sound horn... Should Goma?" she asks.

"It won't hurt I guess... Increased strength might be helpful as long as Yulia can remain precise. The suggestion of Cure, might be useful, but it won't have any effect on the parasite, so maybe save that for after it's removed, to deal with any side effects it might have left or that the surgery might cause," Lemiel answers.

Goma nods and blows gently into the horn, not wanting to be too loud with all of them so close together. The effect still works regardless.

Yulia looks at Isalia's swollen stomach and swallows audibly before she starts to make the first incision. Isalia makes a whimpering noise, still conscious enough to respond to the pain and Yulia hesitates.

"I wish I had some sort of anaesthetic," Yulia mumbles, clearly upset at hearing Isalia's pained whimpers.

The rest of the group seem bothered by the noises as well. The surgery takes a bit, Yulia being extremely delicate with her actions, she's unwilling to hurry, even as each second prolongs the pain Isalia is suffering, "I suppose in a way I'm glad of all those other times I've had to perform medical tasks in less that stellar conditions, but I do so wish I had the amenities of the church right now," Yulia complains, the others are silent as she works, but she complains near constantly about the difficulty of working in such a condition, it becomes fairly obvious that her complaints are a way to center herself and keep herself calm and focused as she works and so no one attempts to bother her.

As she makes an incision into the uterus she stops, "what is-" she starts and then screams and stumbles back as a creature like a serpent suddenly lashes out at her from inside of Isalia. Cherchiel moves quickly, catching the creature and crushing it in her grip. It's long serpentine body, ending in a leechlike mouth at it's tail, flails a bit before going limp.

"Now, we can start healing," Yulia says righting herself, though she doesn't actually begin using heal as she instead focuses on more carefully closing the incisions to make sure that Goma and Lemiel's healing puts everything back properly. Once she's done and the major injuries have been healed she joins in on casting heal and cure on Isalia until it seems like Isalia is doing okay. She seems to have lost consciousness, mercifully and Yulia lays back relaxing after the stressful activities.

"Goma want say... Goma not know if Sower effect time... but Goma normally pregnant for four months," Goma explains as she cuddles against Isalia, carefully. Cherchiel tosses the dead parasite away.

"You don't mind cleaning that up along side your dead demon friend in the pool right?" she asks and Lemiel nods.

"Yeah I'll handle it," she answers.

"Do you... Mind taking Muma as well? We want her to be buried somewhere safe... Somewhere the demons or anyone else can't defile her further," Yulia asks and Lemiel nods.

Yulia stands after a bit, "It should be safe to move Isalia if we want to head back to the rest area," Yulia suggests.

"You could also rest here," Lemiel suggests, "I promise I'll clean the corpses up so you won't be resting among dead things. The bath is quite nice and should help soothe you after everything you've been through," she adds.
