Laid to Rest

As per instructions from the voices, Goma activates Puppet. The mindless undead creature doesn't even attempt to resist the spell and Goma has it simply remain still. Yulia advances and casts Great Cure on Muma and surprisingly, it's extremely effective. The magic animating her simply vanishes and she collapses, an inanimate corpse once again. Carrying the more human sized Muma would be a bit more difficult, but Cherchiel takes her, none of them willing to leave the body unattended for whatever other sick ideas Levateinn might have.

Yulia is eager to just head forward after Levateinn, but the voices and the rest of the group, even Cherchiel though reluctantly, convince her they should head back to Lemiel at least temporarily. Despite doing nothing in the fight Isalia is noticeably winded. Struggling to catch her breath as the group turns back and heads to the bathhouse.

Inside the bathhouse things have changed a little bit. For one thing there is a decapitated demon, lying face down on the ground, it's head floating in the bath. Lemiel is here, but she looks a little worse for wear. Her wings are slightly torn in places and she has a bandage on one arm. She's wearing clothes this time, a bodysuit similar to Cherchiel's unaugmented original suit. A jagged tear just underneath her breasts, mars the suit and she's currently cleaning blood off of a scimitar, "ah welcome back," she greets them, seemingly still just as chipper as when they met her before.

"Don't worry. Just a minor demon, no problem for me. If you want to use the bath I'll remove the body and head in just a bit and it'll be good as-" she pauses looking them over, "um... Your friend there is dying..." she says looking directly at Isalia who at that moment proceeds to fall to her hands and knees, her eyes wide with sudden fear.

"Ee Sah Lee Ah?!" Goma cries out in horror as Isalia collapses and Lemiel drops her sword, quickly standing and approaching.

"Lie her down!" she commands and Yulia and the others nod and do so, getting Isalia onto her back on the ground, her hands move to her engorged stomach.

"It... It hurts... " she whimpers.

"Is... Is she going into labor already?!" Yulia asks, horrified at the idea.

"No... Thankfully not. If she was it would already be too late. She's been infected with a parasite. It's draining her life. It would have killed her if this had continued much longer," Lemiel explains.

"Good thing we came back here," Cherchiel mutters and Lemiel merely nods as she begins to strip Isalia's armor off,, focusing on just uncovering her stomach and lower body, "there's a few options. I can purify it. It'll be easy, won't kill it, but will stop it from draining her and there's no change of hurting her, she will still have to give birth to it sometime later on though, or I could... remove it. I'd have to of course open her up to get it out though. It would be dealt with permanently, but... it won't be pleasant for her and lots of things can go wrong," Lemiel offers.

Goma grabs Isalia's hand, squeezing it tightly as Isalia's breathing slows, her eyes closed, her teeth grit tightly together against the pain and discomfort. It's clear she's in a lot of pain and trying her best to endure it. Lemiel is waiting for an answer.
