The two iconic female leads of Evangelion. Almost polar opposites in personality and appearance.
Asuka, with red hair, blue eyes, and an aggressive (some would say abrasive) personality.
Rei, with blue hair, red eyes, and a quiet and eerily calm demeanor.

They complement each other fairly well.
