"That's it?" Izuku asked, pen in hand as he looked at the stapled pieces of paper. Something behind his eyes itched, like he remembered seeing something more... pages and pages more at that...

"But there's nothing left. There's not even questions on the back of this page." Izuku muttered, before shaking his head. "I was probably making it out to be bigger than it was. After all, All Might was the one who told me to do it."

Izuku flipped back over to the first page, deciding it wouldn't hurt to reread his answers. It's not like he had anything else to do for another hour till his two in the morning marathon sprint.

Every girl I meet through my job is my Significant Other. They're all supportive in their own ways, and they're helping me in every way they can to be better at my jobs.

Do you feel equipped to handle your SO/SOs needs? If so, how?

There's nothing to it! I can easily keep up with my SOs needs without any strain on myself or my life outside of them! The reasons include:

Mandalay/Shino's Telepathy Quirk being able to transmit her physical sensations in order to help please a lot of heroines at once

Recovery Girl/Chiyo's recovery quirk and her secondary mutation keeping her biologically young forever and making her a part of this relationship.

Lunch Rush/Musei's amazing food quirk, and the fact that Lunch Rush is female and part of this relationship.

Various "trinkets" from StÃl Sang, The Smithy Heroine from Norway that she sends as gifts.

My own Quirk, officially named Stress Eater but usually called Incubus Fuel as a sort of in joke for the relationship. When having sex with someone, my quirk removes all stress from my partner or partners (It's been tested, as long as I have some part of me in them my quirk works. Thank you, Pussycats!) and replaces them with triple the amount of Endorphins that are released during normal sex. The accumulated stress is almost perfectly converted into pure energy that my body stores and uses to bolster my strength, speed, healing factor, durability and pretty much everything else. I don't have to sleep for extended periods of time, and while I can skip meals or quenching my thirst, it's best not to do that because the body's natural desire for them still grows until I can't stop myself. My quirk also seems to react well with quirks that are trying to help me, such as Chiyo's or Musei's quirks.

One for All factors in greatly as well, working alongside my own quirk in amazing synchronicity. Maybe it's because they are both energy stockpiling quirks of a sort, but they seem to build off one another constantly. Who knows what will happen with this amazing quirk in the future?

What mix of Genre/Genre's would you describe your life as?

My life is like a strange mix of Shounen, a harem anime with all that entails and a lot of hentai or porn. And it's not like the genres are competing or anything, they all seem to blend together and strengthen each other. The harem facilitates the porn, which allows me to not worry so much about keeping up with the shounen escalation, which then makes the harem grow even further and the porn grows along with it. It's a weird, sexy cycle that feeds into itself and grows, sometimes exponentially it seems. I wouldn't be surprised if some of my future villains are more sexually based than action based at this rate.

Who are your enemies? How would you redeem them or turn them to your way of thinking?

Villains, Probably some government people, probably some media people.

I'd have sex with the women of these factions because apparently I'm so good at it that they would change their entire world view to be able to have sex again.

The men, I'd try to talk to, but I'd still fight them if it came down to it.

Beyond the bedroom, how open are you and your SO/SOs with your affection? With everything else in general?

Well, it's variable how some of us like to express our emotions beyond the bedroom, but we're all pretty open about how we feel, otherwise none of this would work. Some of the girls may heckle others or get on each others nerves now and then, but in the end everyone knows where the boundaries lay. After this long, it was a given. In this big of a relationship that has to be kept secret for obvious reasons, it's important that there's no secrets that can be used against us, be it to hurt us or divide us. Beyond secrets, The girls are pretty open in their desires for sexual actions, and have no problems with groping or anything else like that, though again it's different with what they prefer. Everyone in the relationship knows they go to pretty much anyone and talk, or vent, or things like that. All these steps help make this ridiculously large relationship run smoothly.

"Aw man, I answered everything truthfully." Izuku said, scratching his head. "I guess I just can't lie, even on a fake personality test or resume thing. At least I won't be graded?"

Side effects of the exam on the world include:

Escalating porn logic and situations, and hentai type villains

Lots of men are now women retroactively

Izuku is definitively the protag of the universe

Being a Stud for heroines is a legal job, but one that most don't know about

Every non-married heroine in the world is in Izuku's harem and loves it, or is just waiting to join

Lots of heroines have either been brought back into their prime, or at least look like they have.

Izuku ticks a lot of the boxes for girls who are training to be heroes (Remember that all girl Hero school?)

Some quirks have been given more sexual aspects retroactively, like Toga, while others have been made more for sex than anything else. Lots of fetish potential to explore.

Less Global but still big changes include

The Heroines of the world have a stronger bond with one another and will probably never turn on each other over anything short of total mind control

Lots of women know the secret of One for All now

Toga is a serial **** as well as a serial ****, though they aren't necessarily a packaged deal. Her idea of love now includes spreading love in the guise of her current loved one as well as parts of her canon idea of love, and she's known as the Succubus. Her quirk has changed so that sexual fluids, tears and Saliva also activate her quirk.

Bakugo Katsuki is now a girl. This changes little on the surface, but deep down she is still a woman.

Lots of gender bending potential for other main characters except All Might and All for One.

The heroines want lots of sex from Izuku, but can't get as much as they want for a few reasons. One, is the fact that Izuku is also training to be a hero himself. Two, the fact that they need to keep their relationship secret because of his age, and partially because a lot of guys will be up in arms to find out the heroines are all taken... by one high school student. Third, he has things he wants to do outside of sex, but he's willing to put them aside to do his duty as the Heroine's stud AND boyfriend.

Even with the fact they can't be out in public, Izuku and his harem are somehow managing a stable relationship. No one wants to jump ship, and probably never will.

Izuku's harem is ever growing, and the women encourage it wholeheartedly. It makes him better at sex AND gives him more potential as a hero. Win Win, all around.

More personalized changes

Inko looks more like she did when Izuku was younger. Tall, not fat, body less ravaged by guilt, stress and time.

Izuku is, somehow, a sex god. Not literally, but he could keep up with the toughest women on the planet before getting his quirk and still made them go crazy over him.

There are elements in the government who don't like Izuku being a Stud. Namely, his hands off Handler, Sei-o. She is trying to find any dirt she can on anyone that can be used to remove Izuku from his position, though she's not doing it out of spite. She thinks she's doing the right thing where the rest of the government is turning a blind eye to something that's so obviously wrong.

There are elements in the Media who are gunning for Izuku as well. Though that's more par for the course, as the media is all about making as big a noise about everything as possible. Ohya, a free lance journalist and professional voyeur is working with Sei-o to dig up any and all dirt on Izuku, and sees the somehow stable relationship as a facade for something dark and juicy. She will be the first to get the scoop, or else!

Izuku can, and will, use his dick to turn bad girls good. The girls already in the harem acknowledge that this will happen, accept and encourage it.

Characters from classes may move around. I'm not sure on that part yet.

And that's all that are relevant to this list for now. Others will probably come up in story.
