Quick visit before school

Jesse visited the same shop quite often, today wasn't different. Already used to the sight of him, the same shop assistant as yesterday smiled at him and he smiled back. The fact that he forgot to make some take-out food wasn't amusing for him, but staff at this shop was enough to compensate his dissatisfaction. With a few chocolate bars and a sandwich in his hands, he came up, smiling to the counter and placed everything he had to buy on it.

The rest of the process went as smoothly as it did last time, although he thought that next attempt may not be as lucky. With everything ready, he left the shop and went to school, to which he arrived about ten minutes before the first class.

That class wouldn't be led by Kristi, something that didn't quite fill Jesse with optimism. Despite his slight sadness, he entered the second floor and headed towards the classroom. Already in the correct corridor, he was only a few steps away as he heard a feminine voice call him by his name, but he didn't pay enough attention to know whose voice it was.
