Kayleigh

The boy turned back, and saw Kayleigh, running straight to him. "Hey, Kayleigh." He said and waved to her, as she stopped in front of him.

"Yeah, hi. How you doing today?" She was smiling, pretty like always. Jesse noticed that her hair was flowing down freely, different from the other day's ponytail. And her face was... more colorful? Maybe she used more makeup...

"Pretty good, thank you. How are _you _doing? I see that you changed your hairstyle, it also looks good on you." He asked, proud of his compliment. It wasn't anything special, but he was finally doing well in relationships. At least he thought he was.

Kayleigh blushed at his words, definitely surprised. "Yeah, I'm also doing good... Thanks for the compliment..." She was eyeing Jesse's body, probably looking for her own compliment but couldn't quite find anything.

Jesse didn't even know that, but he wouldn't mind if he knew. "Shall we go to our class then?" His nonchalant question stopped Kayleigh from seeking something to compliment and she looked at his face.

She then blushed again, although the boy in front of her didn't quite know why. "But first... here." She took out something from her pocket and was holding it in her hand, hoping that Jesse would take it. He took it, and also blushed, he didn't expect that to be here.
