Quick Learner

Kuro woke up early in the morning, nuzzling his face against his mate before quickly bounding off to hunt in his panther form.

He returned within the hour with a fresh kill of quite a sizeable badjer before crunching through the skull, chewing it up and then skinning it in his human form. He scrubbed the fur pelt at the stream and then left it to sun out and dry. It would make a lovely top piece for his mate.

Taking advice from his mate, after gutting the meat throughly and draining it of blood, he filled her 'pot' with water and the meat before letting it bubble on the relit fire.

Kuro learned quickly thankfully and was eager to take his mate home today.
