Purse → Golden Jewelry

I feel like doing something nice for Penelope, so I make a small exchange and replace 'Purse' for 'Golden Jewelry.'

The camera flickers and I feel the mattress shift slightly as Penelope's posture wiggles the tiniest bit. I think she's an inch or two taller now, but it's hard to tell from the camera alone. Anyway, her outfit is just about exactly the same but she now has a pair of daisy-shaped earrings, along with a golden chain necklace, bearing a six-petaled flower of the same material.

I was expecting a little more, but it was a small change so I can't complain too much. Next... what next?
