Psycho Amplifier

The Psycho Amplifier is an experimental piece of technology. The Amplifier came in the form of a helmet connected to a pair of gloves. It was built with the idea to advance humanity by unlocking the natural limiters on the brain.

For a normal person this grants psychic abilities ranging from telekinesis, clairvoyance, mind reading, hypnosis etc.

For those with already existing psychic abilities they are greatly enhanced.

It was noted during testing to be able to remove a users inhibitions and in some cases their morals. This was done via the pleasureable sensation induced within the users by using their powers. Thus it was slated to be scrapped due to the volatility of the results.
