Pokeballs, potions, and a special surprise!

You catch up to Blue and finally see what the cashier is ringing up. You mostly see exactly what you expected to. Blue is already putting away a box of ten pokeballs as the cashier rings up each potion one at a time. There is one item being rung up, however, that you do not recognize. It is a white, square, flat box that has no has nothing printed on it. As Blue puts his other things away, your focus is firmly on this strange box.

He notices your gaze on it and smirks, picking up the box and tucking it under his arm before pulling out his wallet to pay. The cashier gives you an odd look as he accepts the cash that used to be yours, only looking down to make sure he gives Blue the correct amount of change.

Once Blue has gathered up all of his purchases, he promptly turns back to you with a piercing look in his eyes before beginning towards the door. "What is that box?" you ask him as the two of you make your way out the door.

"Oh Amber, how convenient of you to ask!" Blue sarcastically replies. "I figured since the money I spent used to be yours, I should get you a little something, too!" Your curiosity and excitement spikes as he pulls the box out from under his arm and opens it up. When you see what's inside, however, the excitement fades quickly. Inside is a plush fabric lining protecting a leather collar, dyed a deep blue. "I realized while I was shopping," Blue begins with a smirk, "that you look too much like a trainer! I got you this so that everyone can know you're not available to challenge for a battle."

Your face reddens as he takes the collar out of the box and tosses the packaging in the nearest trash can. You are too flustered to do anything as he unclasps the collar and wraps it around your neck. As he secures it tightly, your eyes dart around, hoping that nobody around notices Blue saddling you with this embarrassment. Your face gets even redder when you see two women across the street looking over at you and whispering to each other.

"Perfect," Blue nods in approval as you pout in protest. "It looks great on you. Now we're all set, let's go!" He immediately walks past you and you follow close behind him, wondering where else he needs to go today.
