Hero Academia: The Civilian Superpowers

U.A. Academy, the foremost school for hero students, lies in the Japanese city of Musutafu. Following the principles set forward by All Might, Japan's long-time favorite hero, the students of this academy train until they become full-fledged heroes themselves and begin their careers, aiming to rid the streets of crime using their super powers, or "quirks." Working against these forces is a new class of criminals-- villains-- who use their quirks against the law for their own self-gain.

Belonging to neither group are the civilians who live and work in Japan. However, from time to time, their destinies cross with heroes or villains-- especially when they hold their own powerful quirks!

These are your stories! As a civilian, you walk a shade of gray between heroism and villainy, free to deviate however you decide. Will your quirk offer you a unique inroad with a celebrity superhero, or will you bend those same heroes to your will? Will you be the master of your own quirk, or will you find your fate determined by it?

Most importantly, what sexy adventures will your quirk offer you with your favorite heroes and villains?

Before you get into any of that, let's start at the beginning: what is this specialized quirk of yours?

All characters in this story, if not already appropriately aged, must be aged up to 18 or older. The stories must take place according to that timeline.

This story is largely transferred from the original "Holding Out for a..." begun by Cyberweasel89. That story was locked and there were a lot of unfinished branches-- mine included-- that I wanted to give a chance to play out, so I created this collection where people can move theirs and continue to add if they want to do so without creating their own story. That part is opt-in-- unless someone moves theirs themselves, it won't be added here.
