Go without the gown, and everything else

"Well..." the receptionsit starts before glancing at me and looking away quickly "Patients with bundled appointments are *only* permitted to wear the hospital gown and nothing else. So if he was to do the appointments anyway, he would have to do so..." she hesitates and blushes a deeper red "he would have to be completely naked" she finishes the sentence, her gaze wandering to my crotch

I am shocked of course. Did she really say I would have to be naked for the entire time? Both Sarah and Jessica look shocked as well, but simultaneously excited at the idea. My stepmother doesnt even seem phased at all however "well i dont see how that would be an issue, he has to take off the gown for each appointment anyway" she says, shrugging

"No you dont understand" the receptionist says with a nervous chuckle "He would be naked through the entire process, including walking between offices through the entire building, and in every waiting room"

At this point Sarah and Jessica are over their shock and are grinning. Of course they love the idea of me being paraded around naked for the entire day

My stepmother just shrugs again "I dont see a problem with it. better than having to cancel the appointments completely"

I look at her in shock "Wait dont I get a say in this?!" I ask "I mean Im the one youre asking to walk around naked in front of who knows how many people!"

She just looks at me "Are you the one paying for all of this? No? Then no you dont get a say"

The receptionist lets out a nervous sigh and turns to me "well, if thats the choice, then lets get on with it" she says as she puts a large plastic drawstring bag in front of me "I'll send out a call for a nurse's aid for your escort since the paperwork says your parent wont be staying. Please... please take off everything and put it in the bag. Ill take the bag to the patient lockers and call for your escort" she looks away, seemingly almost as embarrassed as I am. This is apparently way more than she ever expected when she clocked in today.

I look at my stepmother and stepsisters "Could I... keep my clothes on until after they leave?" I ask, my face turning red already
