The Park with Scarlet

The whole ride Scarlet and i talked about random things, we tried talking about the book, the club or general school stuff but it was akward, we both knew that we had to tell each other how we felt but is was not the right moment, not yet. We spent most of the ride in an akward silence but when we finally arrived at the bus stop of the park the first thing i did was turn around and say "Is a nice sunset right?" She nodded and then looked at me, she said sarcastically "Is a good day to hang out" i smiled and told her "Let's walk a little around the park, is quite nice and i haven't explored that much of it" we started walking and talking about normak stuff - it was getting dark so i knew that in one point i would have to stop, sit down and just make a move and that moment was really close.

We walked through a nice area with tons of flowers and big beautiful trees, i felt like the topics of the conversation changed with the are of the park we were in - in this area she talked a lot about stuff that made her happy and it was s nice and friendly conversation, she said stuff like "I love the book club but i really prefer reading it with you" she gave me a big smile and i tried giving her a compliment. I also noticed that the mood changed with the park areas, we now were walking around a playground with a bunch of games for kids, slides and swings - we both got on a swing and we started making jokes, i said "Oh man, i have missed these things... i remember when i used to swing higher and higher and then i tried to do a long jump... i almost broke a leg by doing that" we both laughed and then she said "I don't really fit in these swing seat... i'm just so fat that i just... can't... fit" she was trying to fit in that seat but really couldn't - i found it funny so i decided to joke a little "I guess your ass is too fat" she laughed and then said with a more flirtatious tone "You think so?" I nodded and chuckled afterwards - it was ridiculous to joke like that but i loved it, it was getting darker and darker so i tried flirting a bit more to prepare myself.

We kept flirting a lot while we played in the playground, we tried a slide that was too small for us - things were heating up, i was getting really nervous and i could tell she was too. Now it was nightime, i told her "Hey, can we seat down and just enjoy this night?" We walked to another area that was more open, there were some trees but it didn't obstruct the view of the beautiful moon - it was like a picnic open field area with a bunch of benches and tables, we sat in one of those benches and we contemplated the moon.

We didn't talk too much, we were both staring at the moon, she was right next to me, at my right, our bodies were pressing against each other and again she placed her head on my shoulder, i sighed and said "This is nice you know?... looking at the moon, relaxing after school and spending time with you" she looked at me and her eyes were almost glowing, she said with a sweet voice "I love being with you, i think this day has been one if the best"

I was surprised so i said "Really? I don't think much happened today" i continued staring at the moon but then i felt that she placed her left hand on my chest but she opened it so i looked at her and with my left hand i grabbed her left hand - we were now holding hands and it was so cute, we looked like a couple to the other people that were in that park, i somehow got confident and wrapped my right arm over her shoulders, i was holding her closer and we were both just enjoying the moment - we didn't say anything for like a minute, i wasn't even nervous anymore, it just felt right and i got comfortable with her.

With our bodies stuck together she looked at me, i looked at her back, we were staring at each other's eyes and since there was quite a big height difference between us i had to look down a little to stare at her eyes, she had to look up at me and said "You probably already know this... i mean, is obvious but i have to say it... i really like you..." she blushed and i got a little nervous but the mood and her body made me feel comfortable so i smiled at her and said "I really like you too" she looked down with embarassment and said "But i mean... i like you as more than a friend... you know... i have a crush on you"

I was so happy at that moment but it all flowed naturally so i said "I know that... i also have a crush on you and i was waiting to tell you tonight... well, now that we are here i really don't know what to do" she giggled and said flirtatously "I was really hoping that you would like me back but i wasn't sure... now that i know that we share the same feeling i know what we could do"

Hmm, interesting... i wonder what she has in mind, i really feel like i should take the lead and make a move on her but i want to see what she will do
