Hanging out with cuties

As we finished the class, Scarlet looked at me and mouthed "Meet us at the library in recess" when the bell rang i talked with Quincy for a while and he told me that we should hang out in the next recess so i promised that i would but now i had to go to the library.

I went to the second floor and entered the library - at the entrance there was Scarlet talking with Daisy, i waved at them when they noticed that i was there but before i could talk May and Ellie interrupted us, they were carrying school supplies and they quickly went to a table next to us, May ordered us to sit down and pay attention to her.

"Alright girls... sorry André i forgot you came here but i'm glad you did" i smiled at her before she continued talking "So now is finally the day we can make our dream come true... oh yeah i should explain it for André.... so basically we are planning to make our own club, is going to be a book club... i don't know if you are interested but i... WE would love if you could help us"

I nodded at her and said "Yeah i mean, i'm not that into books and all but you seem excited so i will gladly help" they all cheered after i said that and Daisy even said "Oh you are so sweet, thank you!" Scarlet added "Yeah you don't know how much this means to us so we appreciate your help"

May continued talking "So we need to find a good place to host the club... that's the first thing we have to do... i have made all of the activities and rules to present them to the principal so we should do that later this day... also we have a little bit of a problem, we are going to need more people and other requirements to create this club but we can worry about that tomorrow... sooo let's see what room we could use"

We stepped out of the library and headed out to the hallways of the second floor where most of the empty classrooms were, when we left the library Scarlet looked around and then asked "So what are we looking for? I don't think it should be that hard to find one"

May responded to her question by saying "We don't need much, just a small room with space for a circle of 8-10 chairs, a bookshelf and a desk, that's all... the problem is that we need to be quick before the other people take these rooms"

After saying that we quickly checked every room on the second floor to see if they were available - there were about 5 rooms in that floor, including the library. Two of those rooms were already occupied by students, they claimed the rooms for their own clubs so we had to be quick before all of the rooms were claimed.

I asked the girls if there were any other places that they could use for their club but they said that this second floor was the only place with empty classrooms and since there were only 5 rooms there was a limited amount of clubs each year.

"Wait for how long have you girls been in this school?" I asked them because i was surprised that they knew so much about it - i knew that they were in the same class since highschool but i didn't know if they were studying in this campus before.

May responded "We have been friends since middle school but this facility is practically new for everyone... although we did get a tour last year in highschool, that's when we started this plan and we knew that there were few classrooms for clubs so we have to claim the last one at the end of the hallway" and we quickly ran to that room but when we opened the door there were already some people there.

I heard the frustation sighs from all of the girls as we realised that we couldn't claim the last classroom for their club - i wasn't that upset by it but when i saw the dissapointed looks of my friends i got a little sad because i knew that this meant a lot for them, it clearly meant a lot for Scarlet though because she got mad and yelled

"Fuuuuck!! We lost our chance!" Then she covered her face like she was about to cry. As May heard this she changed her dissapointed expression and said to Scarlet "Hey... language!" It seemed weird to me but it looked like it was a common thing between them I guess May doesn't like when people curse or say bad words i thought before Ellie asked to one of the guys in the room

"Hey did you claim this room for a club?" The guy replied to her mockingly "Of course, we are doing the film club which is probably better than whatever you girls were going to do"

I saw how Daisy got triggered by that and as she was about to snap on him May stopped her and said with a sad tone "Is fine girls, we should just go" and we returned to the library but as we did i couldn't help but notice how depressing all of this was - May looked like someone crushed her childhood dream, Daisy and Scarlet seemed more angry than anything but Ellie was also looking dissapointed and a bit upset.

We sat down on one of the large tables in the large area of the library, at the back of the room, behind the couch where there were two guys watching tv. As i sat down i looked at all of the girls to see that they were all frowning - there was a long moment of silence where everyone looked like they didn't want to do anything for the rest of their lifes, i wanted to break that silence and lift the mood up so i jokingly said

"Hey don't worry... at least we could try next year!" It wasn't the best thing to say in that situation but May still chuckled and i thought for a moment that maybe i made her a little less sad but as i looked at her Scarlet starting talking

"The thing that infuriates me the most is that we asked for a classroom before but they rejected us and now we lost our chance because some idiots came up with their dumb fucking club ideas and now we are not going to have a club for the rest of the year... MOTHERFUCK...!!" She seemed really mad, specially towards the end when she started yelling and cursing but before she could finish saying that bad word May interrupted her

"Come on Scarlet... what have i told you about using that type of language... you know i don't like it and it makes you look mean... but also i understand why you are angry, there's nothing we can do now though so we should stop complaining" i joined in the saying

"Well it still sucks that we lost our chance to the FILM CLUB... i mean who are those guys anyways? Are they going to be cuddling on a sofa while watching movies all day or what?" My comment seemed to be funny to everyone and as they all laughed i continued saying

"Also May... why do you care about someone cursing?" I didn't try to sound mean or anything but i did sound like i was attacking her for not letting Scarlet say a curse word - she calmly replied

"I just don't like when people curse... i don't find it necessary and it makes people look mean... i don't think is very friendly that's all"

I said to her now with my joking tone "Oh of course you would think that... you are basically the friendliest person in the world" she giggled before i continued saying "But i honestly think the same... i don't like cursing but sometimes a word might slip out my mouth so i'll try not to say any bad word"

"I appreciate that, although i don't mind if you talk like that with your other friends... i just don't like using those words, i never say them so i don't want my friends saying them" she said but Daisy mocked her by saying "Oh May... you get offended by everything... see Dre... May always has these sorts of things... she doesn't like to curse... she always likes to study and can't stop talking about school even when we are just hanging out in the mall... she is obsessed with water and a bunch of other things... also she can't seem to find a boyfriend but that doesn't surprise me"

May looked at Daisy with an upset look but Daisy sticked her tongue out and laughed at her, i wanted to mess with May a little but i thought that maybe i should try to compliment her about these things because they probably affected her to some extent and maybe one of those things that Daisy made fun of was a big insecurity of hers so i decided to say

"Well, i don't find disliking curse words weird... i actually like when someone can speak without the need of cursing.. also i like to study a lot and i'm sure that May would make a great study partner... i drink a lot of water too, you gotta keep hydrated you know?" She looked at me with a smile and it felt good because she probably liked that someone thought she was cool and that i liked how she behaved - i wasn't trying to come off as like i was flirting or trying to compliment her with romantic intentions, i was just saying that i thought she was cool and she shouldn't worry about the things that Daisy said about her.

Of course i needed to mess with her a little bit so i then said "Oh and the boyfriend thing... ummm i don't know how to help you with that one" the other girls laughed their asses off but May stared at me with the typical eyes that she gives me when we are just joking around - it was a friendly look but with a malicious intent as we wanted to mess with each other, i loved that i could joke around like that with her and i could tell that she enjoyed it too.

After a while they talked about how unfair it was that they couldn't have their club but then Ellie said "Maybe there's still some place to host the club..." Daisy responded by saying "No, there is not... those classrooms are the only places where they allow clubs and of course there's also the music and art rooms in the left building" she was talking about the large building at the left side of the main building that we were in - that building had the big ramp to the computer room and lab but in the first floor there were 4 or 5 large classrooms and two of them were the art and music rooms.

I thought about it for a moment, i looked around and then i came with an idea.

"Wait girls... i know the solution..." they all looked at me as i began to talk like i was about to reveal the cure for cancer or something big, they were all anxiously waiting for what i was about to say "We can host it here!" They looked at me confused so i knew i had to explain

"Look around you.... don't you see it?... we are in a library filled with tables, bookshelves, a couch and even a tv... this is the perfect place for a book club!!" They all thought about it for a second before Scarlet asked "But how could we use this place for our club... don't we have to ask permission to the principal?"

May answered her question "Yes we have to and i don't think they are going to let us but it's still a great idea... maybe if we convince him... hmmm, we'll have to see" they all looked more happy now as there was hope for their club, i was feeling good like i solved their problem but they still needed to ask to the principal and it was going to be difficult to allow the use of the library for our little club, or that's what i thought.

It turned out that we had to go to the principal's office and wait for a couple minutes before we saw Miss Alyssa coming out of the office, looking a bit messy - her shirt was a bit loose and had one button opened, also her skirt was a little down her waist, it looked like that wasn't it's normal position so i thought What kinds of things did they do in there? Probably nothing... right?... well the principal is part of the Pimpson family so that could explain some things.

We entered his office and he looked like he was in a good mood - May just asked him if we could use the library for the book club and she showed him the folder that she was carrying with all of the information about the club. The principal surprisingly allowed us to use the library at any time - he didn't even look at the folder that May had spent probably hours on, he just gave us permission after just saying please.

We stepped out of his office and the girls all cheered, they hugged each other but i stood there akwardly withouth hugging anyone - Scarlet noticed that no one hugged me so she went for a big hug that i loved, it was more like an embrace as she held me against her thick body, we hugged for about 10 seconds before she let me go and afterwards she was blushing a little - i was too but i didn't want to show it because May and Daisy were now watching.

May exclaimed "We did it! We got our club!!... now we just have to get some other things readt but it's mostly done... thank you so much André for your help!" She said but i humbly replied "It was nothing... just one simple idea... i hope you girls enjoy your new club, i mean you will have the library all for yourselves... how crazy is that?" They giggled before they said goodbye and headed back to hangout together - i went to the main field at the center of the campus to find something to do but the bell rang i had to go to class.
