It doesn't take you long to decide on the tanga panties, they are your favourite of the 4 and you almost want to keep them for your self but decide this is a better use in the end. You place them out in the open in the laundry room next to your brothers things so he can easily pick them up later. Surprisingly though after you do this you feel a little disappointed, sure your brother was going to be confused and embarrassed but you really want to start moving this on again, the hormones will arrive today so you can start lacing his food with them so you feel like its time for some more fun at his expense.

You catch your brother leaving his room and say your favourite phrase "sleepy time" and now you can add some more commands. "To start i'm going to add that when your in trance in the shower using my products you'll now also keep your body smooth and hair free, that means legs, arms, arm pits, facial hair, pubic hair and even chest and back, if you have any hair there that is. Second a small change, from now on you will always either sit with your legs together or crossed like a girl, no more man spreading for you." Now that's good to help keep the changes going but you want to have a fun day out today so how can you do that without your brother getting suspicious. You get an idea but need to wake him up first to start it so thats what you do *snap* "hey bro, i notice your nails are looking a little rough, i was heading to get a mani pedi later want to join me?" you ask. "I don't think so I don't really think most guys care about nails like that" he tries to brush you off but you wont give up that easy "Come on it's not like you need to get them painted, its just to keep them looking god and trust me, guys might not care but the women your with will love you for it". You can see him considering it all he needs is one more push "don't worry about paying either, my treat", he looks down at his hands and considers it for a moment before saying "fine if you think I need it". "Sleepy time, wow that was almost to easy now when the lady doing your nails later asks if you want your nails painted a colour your going to say yes and that you want blue" you decide to go easy on the colour and chose blue since it's his favourite, that way he'll be able to justify it to him self by saying he wasn't thinking and said blue on accident as an excuse when he get's embarrassed later, that should also stop him from getting suspicious. *snap* "well i'm planning on heading out in an hour or so, the laundry is done so put that away then have a shower and get dressed" you tell your brother "yes mooooom" he replies sarcastically but goes to do exactly what you say.

Brothers POV

It's been a few days now since you have that really strange day when you wore your sisters panties, you still don't know why you didn't take them off all day but trying to ignore them while you were at the gym with your sister was nerve wrecking. Other than that you've actually been enjoying your new diet and exercise plan you started thanks to your sister, she was right that it's making you feel better and more healthy and despite already feeling a little lighter you never seem to go hungry. You head back to your room after picking up your laundry and put it away when you freeze, how has this happened again, another pair of panties is sitting there at the top of your underwear draw which you only know remember picking up. You go to get them out when you suddenly stop... oh yeah you were just about to go in the shower so you could go out with your sister, better hurry.

The next thing you know your drying yourself with a towel after your shower but something feels different, the towel feels rough for some reason, you look at the towel but nothing seems odd, then you notice your legs seem different. Finally you remember that when you were in the shower you shaved your whole body, wait why did you do that though? You put your confusion to one side and go back to your room to get dressed to go out, no matter what reason you shaved your self for it's done now anyway so you just chalk it up to day dreaming. You start getting dressed and can't help getting distracted by how different everything feels against your skin, once you finish getting dressed you notice your underwear feels especially strange. You get a cold chill down your spine as you get a flash back to the day you wore the panties, the underwear you have on definitely don't feel like the trunks you normally wear though you notice that they do feel really nice and soft against your hairless body. You turn and head to the door, you've finished getting dressed so you go to watch some T.V. while you wait to leave and get your nails done, as odd as that sounds.

You walk into the nail salon a little nervous about actually doing this even though your sister kept saying it's not that odd for guys to do this without getting their nails painted and how much women actually care about how guys nails look. You let your sister do most of the talking with the receptionist and are guided over to a seat where your told to take off your shoes and socks and put your hands on the table in front of you. The next 10 or so minutes are actually relaxing as the lady works or shaping your nails and taking care of your hands and feet, then she asks "are you wanting your nails painted as well and what colour would you like". Your about to say no thanks when for some reason you blurt out "Yeah, i'd like blue thanks", you're stunned by what you just said and blush a deep red, too embarrasses to correct her and change your mind now. Your sister looks over and asks "what made you change your mind about the colour?" with a grin on her face. Still blushing you just mumble "I don't know just said it on accident and said my favourite colour when she asked what colour I want" you try to pass it off as you just weren't thinking, "sure, you can just say you wanted to try it you know I wont laugh at you for it" she says although from the look on her face that seem's like a lie. It's at this moment that you once again notice the panties your wearing making you blush a 10 times deeper red, you felt them since the start of the mani pedi but haven't had a chance to try and take them off so you've been trying to ignore them as much as you can. As soon as you finish letting your nails dry you make for the bathroom to take the panties off determined to just go commando instead of wearing them even longer, running the risk of your sister finding out. You get to the toilets and lock the door, then as you go to pull your pants down..... you turn around and leave, guess you didn't need to pee after all now that your at the toilet you feel fine and go back out to leave with your sister.

After you get home you head to the gym for day 5 of the program but not before your sister manages to throw in a quick "be careful you don't ruin your nails!". She wasn't joining you as she decided the 5 day course was too hard and she was going to do a 3 day version instead. As you start changing in the gym, after you finish trying to take off the panties and then stopping you notice that you shorts have a hole in them. You get dressed again and are about to head home when you notice that the gym has a small store with exercise gear. There isn't much choice on offer but at least you can do your work out today, you look at whats there and see that the only men's gear left is some 3/4 length leggings, there are some more traditional shorts on offer but they are all women's although some of them do look almost unisex, they also have some women's track suits and some of those look unisex as well. Neither option would be your first pick, you aren't exactly comfortable wearing clothes as tight as leggings despite them being men's and you don't really want to wear women's clothes but those seem to be the only options unless you want to just go home and miss a day of the program.
