When the morning comes, you call for your aide and tell him to produce a list of foot soldiers according to age and marital status. Then, once Dobra finally wakes up, you tell her to get to her people and identify widows that lost their husbands due to recent battle. After the two lists have been completed, you ask her to arrange for a meeting with them.

Through Dobra, you announce to them that you need their help to teach few of your men about the tribe for three months in exchange for certain payment. The reason for this is you want to understand further the tribe tradition to better integrate it with your kingdom.

From that session, you manage to get seventeen who are willing to be the host. While not as high as you wanted, this is as you expected. Appealing to their pride is the correct decision after all. If you tell them that you're a bit concerned about their welfare and want to tell them you're sending some help, they probably wouldn't be as enthusiastic to cooperate.

Subsequently, you gather soldiers who are single and explain that as part of an integration project, you're sending few of them to stay with the tribe families to learn from them. Volunteers will be put on reserve and not subject to active duty. Furthermore, their stipend will be increased a bit during the four months. But in return, they are expected to help the host family in their daily routine and uphold the kingdom's good name. To your chagrin, you get almost six times the number of volunteers. Seems like so many people want to take the easy job among your army. You leave it to your aide to pick the best looking among them.

When Dobra comes to your room later that night, you half-expected her to ask about your plan but in less than five minutes, you're already inside her. Seems like the barbarians treat bedroom as a place for sleep and sex, not to engage in petty talks or other unimportant stuff such as politics and nation building. You really like this part of their culture, so perhaps you should introduce it to the rest of the kingdom as well.
