Liv, Emmaline, and Skye head into the labrynth

The three were silent for a moment. The winds howled behind them.

"Fine." Liv picked her rifle up from where it rested on the ground beside her, slinging it over her shoulder. "Then we'll go look for them."

"Alright! Let's go back up team!" Emmaline cheered as she stepped up behind her. Robin might not have been there to cheer alongside her, but Liv's exasperated sigh and Robin's awkward smile were more than enough for her.

The trio had fallen into a rough formation by the time they passed through the stony maw, with Emmaline taking the lead, Skye in the middle, and Liv bringing up the rear. Small flames danced around Emmaline's head and shoulders, shining warm light on the own, rough hewn stones, and though her face stayed bright and smiling, it was impossible to deny the tension that settled over them as they pressed forward.

"I don't think the rocks are trying to hurt us," Emmaline said, looking over her shoulder at Liv's tense expression. The snipers eyes flickered this way and that, scanning every stone and seemingly trying to drink in every last drop of available information. "Though they might change their mind if you keep looking at them so mean."

"Stay focused," was Liv's only response, and Emmaline obeyed, turning her attention back forward, though she made sure to make a few fun little pirouettes as she moved just for Liv's sake. Another sigh reassured Emmaline that her actions had not been missed.
