A lesson in pain.

Still breathing heavily from his ordeal Alex tried to wipe up the mess they'd created. Starting with wiping himself down. Lot of good the shower did now, he thought.

As he wiped the floor down, Anna disappeared upstairs, her rump bouncing as it took the first couple stairs. Alex sprang up and made it about halfway across the room towards the door to the apartment before his body locked up in spasms of pain. Falling to the floor with a thump he grunted and kept moving. Gritting his teeth Alex began grasping at the floor in front of him still trying to escape. The collar did not let up and after another few seconds that felt like hours Alex was spent, exhausted by the constant electrical current running through him.

Alex lay on the floor, still naked besides the towel. He felt Anna walk into the room, too tired to look over at her. A sigh and she stepped over to Alex, "Really?" Alex began to respond, spitting out "What did you expec... AHH!"

Anna's foot had found Alex's tender ballsack and was pressing it into the floor. Alex tried to jerk away but her foot trapped them firmly and it only caused him more pain. "Get off me!" Alex cried

"This is my sister's room, she doesn't stay here much anymore. I keep it tidy if she ever visits though." Pushing Alex towards the bed he sees something that starts to worry him. A series of straps run under the bed, obviously meant for restraining people. Alex looked back at Anna who nodded slowly, a hard look in her eyes. Alex felt she wouldn't stand for any resistance. He laid down on the bed, spread eagle.

"Good boy!" Anna cheered as she flitted around him and shackled his arms and legs with the leather straps. "This is necessary by the way, I can't have you messing up their growth in the night unconsciously."

"Their growth?!" Alex questioned anxiously. "What!?" Alex watched helplessly as he saw Anna pull a case of vials out with a large syringe. He thought it was just precaution for him escaping but what did she have planned?!

Selecting a few different fluids from the vials Anna filled the syringe with the strange liquids. It made the syringe a color of glittering silver, like it was full of liquid metal. "You will feel tingling, that's just the medicine working! This stuff is expensive so don't be ungrateful!"

"Well what the fuck is it going to do to me?!" Alex tried to wiggled away as she approaches him with the needle. Anna chuckled as she gripped his arm tightly and quickly pushed the entire amount of the syringe into him. "Oh just some basic stuff, first the nanites will construct a new synthetic nervous system that connects with the collar, after that, they affect other parts of your body. Your digestive system for example, is about to become 20 times as efficient. Your heart is getting an upgrade, your blood vessels are being enlarged in... certain areas." Anna smirked before continuing. "Also I thought that while your cock is a good size, your ejaculate was kinda pitiful. So your balls are also being reworked, hopefully any damages shouldn't affect it. Other than that just cosmetic changes to your skin and hair."

Alex could only listen in shock as he felt his arm on fire from the liquid spreading through him. Nanites were ultra expensive, how did this girl get ahold of them? And why was she using them on him? It seemed a waste. "Why?" Alex asked.

"Cause you're my first ****. You're special to me! And we'll be together for a long time so I thought it'd be lame if I broke you too easily!" Her cheerful smile didn't quell Alex's fears but maybe she was actually really fond of him. She stood up and walked towards the door. "Goodnight Alex! I'll see you in the morning!"
