Green, with a challenge

You give Green a smile and wave as he makes his way over, a square mall bag in one hand a mix between a smile and shock on his face as he saw Sushi, you just knelt down and pet her top fin, trying to ignore the Tentacool graveyard around you.

"Wow I've never seen a golden Magikarp before, hey can I take a picture of it? I'm shore prof Oak would be thrilled to get some pictures of another shiny."

You nod and step back as Green starts taking multiple shot of Sushi, the happy look on her face telling you she was loving the attention. After the last few close ups you realized what he said.

"Wait another shiny. Did you get one too?"

He just nodded and tossed a ball letting out a female Nidoran, except it wasn't. It had the same baby blue color of the female Nidoran but instead of the pig like snout it had the rabbit like body of the males.

"Is that a male Nidoran?"

He just nodded as he started to pet the pokemon. You returned your Magikarp as you went to look him over.

"Yep apparently the males and female on rare times can be born with the opposite genders coloring. This little guy actually just walked out of the grass and said hi to me, I was surprised he was just rubbing against my leg and didn't even fight being caught, professor Oak was thrilled to get my pictures of such a rare find. But I bet that isn't nearly as rare as a golden Magikarp so you'll get a nice commission from prof Oak. He gave me some money for the pictures of my pokemon so when I turn in yours I'll make shore you get it."

If it hadn't been for the nice way it said it all, you would have almost thought he was playing you, but that was very unlikely. If it had been Blue it would've been a definitely, but not Green.

"That were the shopping bag came from? You splurging?"

He blushed slightly at this and nodded. As you sat up you looked at the lake to see most of Tentacool left, a few were still dazed floating in the water but one kind of surprised you. One of the Tentacool just pulled it's self out of the water and walked as if it was no big deal over to Green. Fortunately for your sanity he seems just as surprised as you, gently reaching out to pet him. He spared me a look as if asking and I just nodded, one pokeball tap and Green got a new partner.

"either you got sprayed with a attract somewhere along the way here or you just have some sort of animal magnetism that just makes some of them want to be your partner."

We both shared a laugh at that as Green put up his pokemon, I noticed as he looked at his belt he nodded as if he made up his mind.

"Amber.....I decided.....I challenge you to a 3-V-3 pokemon battle."

You look at him as he had his head down slightly expecting you to say no but truthfully win or lose you wouldn't mind being with him.

"Ok Green I except."
