Says Aegon as He Watches Lord Tywin Let Blackfish Speak, Only For Eddard To Speak First. ''Why Offer Princess Rhaenys To Edmure? Surely It Makes More Sense To Give Her To Lord Tyrion?'' Asks Eddard. ''True, and Normally You'd Be Spot On Ned, But House Tully Followed House Stark, House Arryn, and House Baratheon Into Open Rebellion, and By Marrying Rhaenys to My Idiot Nephew, House Targaryen Secures The Two Northernmost Parts of The Realm With His Marriage To Arya.'' Says Aegon As Varys Passes Blackfish and Stark A Gold and Silver Hand Pins, While Lord Tywin Gets A Pin Shaped Like A Sword and Shield. ''Master of War?'' Asks Tywin. "You Will Lead Our Royal Armies, Plan our Strategies, Choose Their Composition, Armaments, and Tactics, and Appoint Secondary Leaders In Your Stead.'' Aegon Informs Him. ''Very Well.'' Says Tywin.

''The Third Matter, is The Animosity Between House Stark and House Lannister, It Ends Now. At The Next Small Council Meeting, You Two Had Better Have Reached an Accord.'' Says Aegon as He Gets up and Leaves........
