The Black Cup

Inside the box, you find a black chalice formed of obsidian and cut through with veins of crimson crystal that seems to glow in the shadow cast by the box’s lid.

You reach for the chalice, running your fingers along the cold stem and pull the item out for closer inspection. The cold material of the glass seems to vibrate with dark energy in your hand.

You look into the bottom of the arcane cup and strangely enough, see nothing but shadows. No reflection or light of any kind seems to escape from the bottom.

Deep within your soul, you feel a thirst stronger than any you have ever felt before...
