Your mom comes home

The movie ended a few hours back. You both fell asleep at different times of the movie only to be woken up by your mother.

"Nick, Arya wake up"

You see your mom standing in front of you. A look of confusion passes your face.

"It's 7:00 pm kiddo. You can't keep sleeping at odd hours or you won't be able to sleep at night. The same goes to you Arya."

You see Arya wake up and yawn. You look at your watch and indeed it was a few minutes past 7:00pm.

"I'm sorry mom"

"No need to apologize. Ugh....I'm too tired to cook. Do you mind calling for some pizza? I'd like a thin crust." After saying that she heads to the master bedroom, located on the ground floor itself, presumably to change and freshen up.

You look at your sister. She seems to be in a sleep daze herself. You get up off the couch to order a few pizzas. You then sit back on the couch and you and your sister both surf on your phones.

Pizza arrives in twenty minutes. Your mom, having taken a shower and wearing a long skirt, answers the doorbell to pay for the pizza. All of you sit at the dinner table to have at it.

"So Nick....Have you found anyone for yourself?"

"No, I haven't mom. I'm hoping I do though." you answer.

"Well I know of a great girl whom you might like. She happens to be the daughter of a friend of mine. Are you interested?"
