Business, then Pleasure

Dani got out of bed after being awoken by an alarm she had set on her phone. She watched Spencer squirm and grumble for a second before shutting off her alarm.

"Morning sleepyhead."

"Ugh, morning."

"Awww, you need a little more rest?"

"Not used to staying up so late."

Dani kissed Spencer on the forehead. "Get some rest. I'll see you later today."

She then left the bedroom and headed into the shower. Once she was clean, she went through the kitchen and scavenged through the cupboards, finding some cereal. After her meal, she headed to the pharmacy to buy some birth control, including the morning after pill, and then headed to the bank. She got to researching Stumbling Fox right away until the afternoon, when Spencer entered her office.

"Come, take a seat."

"How's your day been?"

"Pretty good."

"So, let's hear the details."

Dani began her sales pitch, and Spencer bought every line. Turned out that Stumbling Fox was just starting to go international, so there was no better time to invest. After the lengthy discussion, Spencer said "By the way, you left your bag at my place."

"Oh, whoops, guess you'll have to drop it off at my place." Dani gave Spencer an obvious wink.

"And I guess you'll have to be off work to have the house unlocked?"

"I guess so."

"So, how about after dinner?"

"Sounds find to me."

"See you then."

"Looking forward to it."
