Go to Neighborhood Association

You decide to walk over to the Neighborhood Association for orientation. The building is a smaller house compared to the other on the street, with a bulletin board out front. The interior looks like a dentist’s office with old magazines laid out on a coffee table surrounded by chairs.

When you enter you are immediately greeted by a secretary at the main desk.

“Welcome,” she says in a cheerful tone, “How may I help you today?”

“Hello,” you say, “I’m the new homeowner.”

She consults a list, “Ah, yes. You were expected please have a seat and someone will get you shortly.”

After a few minutes a man in a business suit enters the room, “Welcome to the neighborhood,” he says shaking your hand. “Before we get started. Do you know why you are here?”
