New Home Owner

“I just purchased one of the homes inside,” you say.

“Name please,” the guard says checking a clipboard.

You give him your name and he nods. “Ah yes. I see it here. Please go on in. Have you gone through orientation by the Neighborhood Association?”

“No, not yet...”

The Guard seems very sketchy, but nods. “That should be the first thing you do, but you can head to your house first if you want. Or visit the other neighbors you can do that too.”

He hands you the keys to your new home.
