Who gets the Ring?

Shampoo was shocked at the weird creature and it's appearance, but was not ready to fight yet as it spoke Japanese, "Upolished Coral Hair Cleaning Product? Are you her, cause we have a package for you if you are her."

It was interesting to hear the creature speak without a mouth, more through the gills. Yet Shampoo was able to figure out what he was saying as she knew her name sounded like a hair cleaning product in a certain language. So she said, "Yes, Shampoo is her. What is present?"

"Here you go and sign here." said the creature as it gave Shampoo a ring box.

Shampoo came in the restaurant, sitting at a table and opened the box to see a diamond ring in it surrounding by rubies. She placed the ring on her finger and looked at it in the light with the golden band. She missed a little piece of paper in the box at the moment as she focused on the ring, trying to figure out what it was that gave her such a valuable ring. The two obvious choices were either Mousse ('No!') or Ranma (Is it Engagement Ring? Yes!').
