A sinkhole opens in the base.

After a short time, Caroline started hearing screams in the base after the shaking stopped.

Catherine gave a quick word to Caroline, while grabbing a scalpel.

"...The Towerlings are in the base. They just entered the base through a sinkhole if that shaking was any indication."

Caroline was shocked hearing this, thinking that she was lying.

"...How would they get..."

Catherine cut her off again, this time saying "It doesn't, fucking, matter. How they do these things can be talked about after we're long gone, but right now, all that matters is surviving. And I'm going to tell you right now, I did not stay in that godforsaken hospital for a month only to lose every associate I had and escape that place, only to become some breeding bitch to the monsters now, less then 12 hours after the fact. And I know the Towerlings are in the base because I'm all too familiar with that goddamn scream. It's gonna start out as terror, then it'll go to surprise, then it's going to be screams of pleasure. So either pull yourself together, or I'm leaving you here now. Now start thinking like a fighter, and let's get a move on."

Lizette quickly ran into the room carrying a pistol, and saw the end of the two's discussion.

"...There's Towerlings in the base." Lizette said in a surprised tone. "Thought you might want to know about that."

"I figured." Catherine responded. "What do we do?"

"We need to pick up higher command and then we're leaving in the military vehicles. Not much any small species of Towerling can do against a APC and a 50' cal. Now let's go." Lizette says.

Caroline started following Lizette outside of the tent, and nothing could have prepared her for what was outside.
