Try and buy some clothes

Crossing the street you push open the door to the clothes shop, it has the look from the outside of one of those boutique places that sells tiny pieces of lingerie that cost more than a three piece suit. On the inside you don’t find much to counter that feeling although you do see something you did not expect, namely that all the of the mannequins that are showing off the clothing are anatomically correct. You are able to figure out that because very little of the clothing on display seems to actually be hiding anything much at all.

You spend a few minutes walking around the shop, it seems that the summer line of clothing in this place is made up of things that would be considered too skimpy for a porno. Eventually you manage to come across what looks like a fashion magazine. Picking it up you quickly flick through it, skimming the articles and ads in an attempt to figure out what the thinking is in this world.

As you go you start to get a sinking feeling as a picture starts to form in your mind of what the rules in this world are. Ad after Ad seems to play to the same theme, namely the idea of attracting a man and getting pregnant as fast as possible. In some ways it is actually refreshing to see a Advert with a platinum blonde being bent over a table and plowed by a guy who looks like a male stripper. The marketing line telling you that this is the Channel effect. Whilst a naked woman on the very next page rubs her pregnant belly and thanks some company you have never heard of for making her irresistible.

You eventually put the magazine down, now with a clear picture of the way this world works.

For some reason, a reason you make a mental note to discover, the women of this world dress in a way that is aimed at attracting a man for the express purpose of procreating. You guess it might have something to do with the lack of men you have seen around so far. It also explains the looks you have been getting since you arrived.

You recall the last thing the police officer had said, so it seems like you could get in big trouble if you are caught dressed like this again without real ID. That would mean either stripping down or trying to buy some clothes to wear. Then you could make a run for the way you came in and try to get back home.

Of course there is always the risk that you run into a man on the way there, you don’t know what the protocol is yet and you are not sure you want to know.

You wonder to yourself if they maybe are allowed to just take a woman where she stands. If that is the case then the run back to the entrance point could end up being….
