Help her out

You realize you need to help her. Rushing to her side you check to make sure she is alright. The old woman smiles, "So few young people know how to take care of their elders."

"No need to thank me," you say, "Anyone would have done it."

The old woman smiles and waves her hand. A faint glows seems to emanate from her ring, "Your hearts desire for your good work."

You feel a warmth come over you, but it disappears as quickly as it comes.

"No longer will you live the life you were born to," she says. "Have the life you deserve."

With that she bows and leaves. Disappearing into the crowd.

"Weird," you say.
