This Item of Power looks like an antique pocket watch from the mid twentieth century. It allows the user to manipulate the flow of time. This can mean slowing down, speeding up, and even stopping time. It also allows the user to travel forward and backwards in time while making them immune to any changes they willingly or more commonly accidently changes they made while travelling through time.
