Magical Girl, gender change

Zander got up from bed, but his mother stopped him. "Oh, no!" she said.

Zander looked up at her, "What?"

"Part of my abilities as an International Pop Idol is being able to see into the future."

Zander cocked his head to one side, "Huh?"

"I don't know how," she continued, "But your genre is Magical Girl. The process in which it happens, I can't be sure of..."

Zander stood up from the bed. "I don't know if your powers are on the fritz, but I can't be a magical girl clearly I'm a dude."
