"I still don't think this is a good idea" Akina scowls. The two of you sit and watch the hidden passageway that leads back inside to your home. For some reason, the high walls of The Capital which once filled you with comfort now look dreadfully terrifying to you. The journey back home was quiet and uneventful. At least outside of Akina complaining the whole way. You would be inside by now if it wasn't for a couple of guards who decided to take a break right where you need to go.

You changed your hair back to the platinum blonde look that got you to Luxem to prevent anybody from immediately noticing you, but that doesn't mean that you want to actually encounter somebody who may see through the disguise. Especially people who may have known or met you before this whole disaster hit.

"Quiet. I think they're leaving" You pull your hood over your head and watch the guards wander off out of sight. Despite her reservations, Akina zips up to the wall quickly and you follow behind. For a brief moment she traces the lines between the stone block wall until she finds the one she wants and pushes on it. A faint rumbling is heard as the passage that you and she escaped from rumbles open. She quickly pulls you inside and the door closes behind you, leaving you in nearly complete darkness.

After a few minutes, your eyes adjust and you can just barely make out Akina ahead of you leading the way. Both you and her stay absolutely silent for fear that someone may hear. Occasionally a peephole zips by with a beam of light shining through, but you don't take any moment to peek at what's going on in the castle.

Finally you arrive at the end of the passageway. Your room. It too has a peephole that Akina quickly peeks in. After a moment she moves out of the way and points at it and puts a finger to her lips to signal you to be quiet.

You peek in and see your room much the way you left it except it seems as if it has a new resident.Over by the vanity, you see a woman sitting and combing her hair. She has shoulder length black hair and for all intents and purposes looks like an average girl. Her clothes are simple, marking her out to be a servant rather than another noble lady. You feel a bit of jealousy and anger well up inside you.

Akina leans in close noticing your irritation and whispers faintly, "Let her leave."

You aren't sure you can restrain yourself though. This is your room. She is intruding. You didn't get to take anything with you during your flight, so it's all still there. She likely has looked through all of your things and probably trashed some of it as well. It doesn't make sense for such a servant to have such a grand room anyway.
