Go, of course

The sound of your own urgent panting echoes off of the surrounding walls as you try to collect your thoughts. At least the birthing process is over, though your sex is still oozing profusely onto the stone floor beneath you. Aside from that, there seems to be no real damage, aside from the many spider bites that dot your swollen nipples, which continue to dribble sweet, tainted milk down your bloated belly.

Fortunately, the spidery temptress seems quite thankful for your contribution, even if she did take your womb by ****. But there's little time to delay, Winny's still out there somewhere! Oh, and your sister. And Headmistress Swift, of course. While you were busy pushing out arachnid invaders, who know's what they've been experiencing on the island.

Looking up at the spider-woman, you offer a strained smile, trying hard to make the expression seem genuine. After all, you don't want to offend the creepy-crawly now that she's finally finished using you.

"It is a tempting offer, but I must leave, my friends are out there somewhere," you reply, slowly rising to your feet to survey your surroundings.

A sad smile creases the beast's lovely visage, but she nods in agreement. "Very well, my pet, I must repay my debt," she begins, scuttling further through the treasure filled chamber, expecting you to follow. "If you follow the hallway upwards, you shall find an exit near the pyramid's top, though you must brave the scalding sands afterwards. Of course, if you were to venture down into the catacombs, you would avoid the desert."

With that, her expression darkened severely. "But be warned, young one, the dungeons beneath are filled with priceless treasures as well as nameless evils, you must proceed with caution." After placing one last kiss on your cheek, she leaves you to make your choice, a streak of that thick, black saliva marking your face. The choice ahead seems perilous indeed, but hey, you're unbreakable, right?
