In Zack's room

Zack woke up from a light nap when he heard someone opening the door. It was dark in the room and he could make a two figures at the door. He was temporarily blinded when one of the figure turned on the lights. Zack's eyes adjusted to the light and was happy to see Lisa and her dad. Lisa squeaked and ran towards Zack.

"Oh my god Zack! You're alive." said an excited Lisa. She eagerly hugged Zack and didn't let go.

"Yeah I am." laughed Zack.

"I was so worried when my dad received a call from the local police department. Since my dad was in the vicinity of the accident, they decided he should show up. They said something about a major accident near the highway. I thought nothing of it until my dad came back to the cabin. He had a look on his face and I knew something had happened. He told me that you were in the accident and I rushed here as fast as I could." Lisa said with tears in her eyes.

"Wait, your dad was staying in our cabin also?" asked Zack.

Lisa wiped her face and shook her head. She answered, "We were in a different cabin across the lake from yours."

"oh" was the response from Zack.

Carlos walked up to Zack's bedside and asked, "How are you feeling? Last time I checked, your face was bloody when the medics stretchered you into the ambulance."

"I'm fine, I guess. The doctor said I'm losing about a years worth of memory. He said it will take some time for me to regain it again. Other than that, only my back hurts." replied Zack.

Lisa took in all this new information and was surprised to learn about Zack's memory. She was working on an idea on how to reconnect with Zack but it all flew out the window. This was her chance to reclaim Zack before his mystery girlfriend comes by. Lisa moved her face until their eyes met. She leaned foward and kissed Zack as hard as she can.

Zack, surprised, returned her kiss and felt a thrill shoot up his body. He moved his hand behind her neck and the two continued to french. Lisa's dad was surprised to see Lisa kiss Zack but decided to leave the two and he left the room quietly.
