What's next?
Blonde Time Traveller
From the swirling vortex stepped a woman.
She moved with a fluid, practiced grace, as if stepping through a doorway in her own home rather than a tear in the space-time continuum. She was stunningly beautiful, her golden hair flowing around her shoulders as if caught in a breeze that wasn't present in the garage. Her skin glowed under the workshop’s fluorescent lights, and she wore a shimmering golden bikini that contrasted sharply with the grease-stained walls and heavy metal equipment surrounding her.

She didn't look like a lost traveler; she looked like someone who had simply decided to take a stroll from the beach to the garage.
As she stepped fully into the room, the portal behind her began to shrink, pulling inward like a closing eye, until it vanished with a soft pop that smelled faintly of sea salt and jasmine. The silence that followed was heavy, broken only by the rhythmic, confused blinking of the bipedal robot, which had now ceased its task to stare at the newcomer.
Walter blinked, his magnifying goggles sliding slightly down the bridge of his nose. He looked from his brass-plated masterpiece—his life's work sitting silent and ignored on the workbench—to the woman standing amidst his spilled screws and soldering iron.
"Uh," Walter managed, his voice cracking just enough to betray his fifty-one years. "Are you... supposed to be here? Because my machine isn't even turned on yet."
The woman looked at him, her bright eyes scanning his grease-smudged face and then shifting toward the silent invention he had been about to activate. A small, enigmatic smile played on her lips as she tucked a stray lock of hair behind her ear.
