As they slowly calmed down Lara hugged Sam close to her chest, rocking lightly as she rubbed her back with a smile.

"You're a good friend Sam..."

She opened her eyes to find Sam's just a hairs breath away, looking longingly at the tomb-raider-in-training. Lara didn't know it at the time but Sam had had a crush on her the moment she'd laid eyes on the beautiful brunette. As she hesitantly leaned forward, Lara was completely taken off guard as Sam's lips found her own.
