unlock the Referral function.

Thinking about it, Referral is just leagues better than Classes for now for me. So let's unlock that.

Referral Function: Targets can refer the app to other individuals. Said individuals will be added automatically. Should one of these referred targets remove the app, they will stop being targets. Cooldown between referrals is 1 week.

A few other perks opened up as a result of my unlocking this function.

• Target Permanence: You can select targets to become permanent for 1 perk point per subject, no matter whether they have the app. (automatically applied to any target before the Referral Function was purchased)
• Referral XP: Rewards Targets for referring. [cost 3 perk points]
• Automatic Quests: gives a toggle to targets to get automatically simple quests related to their class. XP received will be minimal. [5 perk points and Class Designer purchased]
• Target Rejection: You can refuse targets if they come in from a referral. [2 perk points]
• Referral Quest: Allows you to make a quest to refer to a specific individual if a referral is available. [5 perk points]

Damm, they are all expensive, but I get why referral is powerful. I have to be up at 8 to meet for the interview, so I'd better head to bed.
