Jason Harmon (18), Who Scores Very Low

Jason had no idea where the form had come from. All he knew was that he had the form on his desk when he got home from school, and felt the need to fill it out. The form read, "Welcome to the Harem Maker and Male Enhancement Form. If you are male and attracted to women, please fill out this form with full honesty, and to the best of your ability."

It was absurd and yet Jason decided to fill out the form. He assumed it was just some prank or something, although he didn't know why someone would go through such effort to prank him in this manner. So he took out a pen from his backpack, and got started. But the questions were... rather intimate.

1. Are you in a fulfilling sexual relationship with a woman?

He had to fight the urge to roll his eyes at that question for how obviously he didn't. Jason was a typical high school loser, as he wasn't smart enough to be a nerd, fit enough to be a jock, or even edgy enough to be with the outcasts. He filled in the bubble that said "No, I Do Not Have a Partner."

2. Do you think you could be in a sexually fulfilling relationship in the near term future?

The follow up question was even easier for Jason to answer. He filled in the bubble next to, "No," on the questionnaire. Besides his issues with his own body, he had no chance of gaining a high paying job in the near term future given his struggle to even graduate high school at this rate, nor could he think of anything that he could bring to such a relationship anytime soon.

3. Would you consider yourself a sexually attractive man? Please rate on a 1-10 scale, with 10 meaning one of the sexiest men alive.

That question angered Jason, even though there was nothing accusatory about it. There were countless reasons he wasn't sexually attractive, whether it was the acne on his face, the way he always felt gross even after he showered, his lack of muscle, or a bunch of stuff that he didn't even want to mention. So, on the 1-10 scale provided below the question, he filled in a 3, and the only reason he didn't go lower was he felt some weird compulsion, as if answering any lower would be a lie.

4. Are you satisfied with the size, shape, and functionality of your penis? Please rate on a 1-10 scale, with 10 meaning maximum satisfaction.

Somehow, the official tone only made the question worse. Jason was furious, but it was mostly just from being reminded of what he hated about himself. While he knew he didn't have a microdick, it at times felt that way. He could still remember the taunting from a bully when someone spotted him naked in the school locker room. On the 1-10 scale, he once again filled in a three, only not going lower because he had to admit it wasn't a micro-penis or similar.

5. Do you have any sexual experience outside of masturbation?

After the prior questions, Jason almost wondered why the form needed to ask, but who knows, maybe they had to ask in case he had gotten a pity fuck or paid a whore somehow. He of course filled in the bubble next to, "No" and moved onto the next question.

6. Are you sexually satisfied? Rate on a 1-10 scale, with 10 meaning completely satiated sexual desires.

Given how often Jason felt himself being aroused at school, and being completely incapable of doing anything about it, or his need to masturbate every single day, the answer to this question was obvious. The only question was how low to rank this one, and after some thought, he filled in the bubble after 2. He could think about things besides sex, but given how often he masturbated, albeit sometimes just in desperation to feel something besides creeping misery, the score felt correct.

7. Do you think the women in your daily life like or even respect you in any manner?

Jason wasn't sure how he avoided bawling his eyes out upon seeing this question, but managed to control himself enough to answer. He didn't even think he had a good relationship with his own mother or sister, and the best he could hope for from the girls at his school was that they'd ignore him. The same went for any female teachers, faculty, and from what he could tell, women in general. Once again, he filled in the bubble next to the word "No."

8. Do you think it is likely you would ever be a father?

He grimly thought that the only way that could happen is if he fucked a prostitute and the birth control failed. That assumed he was even fertile enough to begin with for that to happen, and that the woman didn't seek an abortion. Jason, of course, filled in the bubble next to "No."

9. If you were someone's father, do you think you would be good at it?

Why he had not crumpled up the piece of paper in a fit of rage and despair at the questions, Jason didn't know. What he did know was the answer to this question was no, and was likely to forever be no, so he filled in the appropriate bubble and got to the last question.

10. Do you think you could ever satisfy a woman sexually, emotionally, or otherwise?

It took time for Jason to answer. Not because he didn't know the answer, but because he hadn't truly realized how much he hated himself until he filled out this form. As tears ran down his face, he filled in the bubble next to "No."

The second Jason finished filling the in the form, he jumped out of his chair at the sound of pounding at the house's door. Who was that? It was too early for dad to be home, and even if he was, why would he pound at the door? Despite how ludicrous it was, the thought struck him that maybe the form was somehow involved. But that was ridiculous, filling out a form can't summon someone... right?
